Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately within 3 working days upon receipt of order. We are unable to entertain any requests after the stipulated timeframe. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
In the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our mistake, all postage costs incurred will be borne by us. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure the items mailed back are securely packed and sealed. Telekung Kareful will not proceed on with the exchange if the parcel does not reach us and is not liable for loss mails sent.
